Q. May I return my order?
A. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. GIDAssociates.net will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made.
Q. Do I have to be home to sign for the package?
A. Yes. A signature is required by FedEx (we do not offer FedEx's signature release). If you are not at home, FedEx will leave a door tag, and you may call FedEx to reschedule the delivery.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. 7 business days after receipt of a wire, 14 business days after receipt of a bank check, certified check or money order. Please note: Shipments can be slightly delayed due to inclement weather, religious holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
Q. How can I cash in my Iraqi Dinars?
A. We do not repurchase Iraqi Dinar from customers. Until markets develop for the resale of Iraqi Dinars, it may difficult for you to liquidate your Iraqi Dinars or exchange them for US Dollars.
Q. What happens if your prices go down?
A. GIDAssociates.net reserves the right to change, at any time, its prices for Iraqi Dinars without prior notice. If the prices go down, you will not receive a price adjustment. All sales are final.
Q. Do you offer investment advice?
A. No. Invest at your own risk. The value of the Iraqi Dinar may go up or down. Accordingly when you decide to sell Iraqi Dinars they may be worth more or less than you originally paid for them.
